High-powered K-pop girl group (G)I-DLE accomplishes a new historic moment by breaking traditional track records

They have definitely captured the attention of not only North American audiences but gaining fans all over the world. A US Top Radio Promoter says,
“(G)-I-DLE is the first Artist from an Independent label to enter the airplay charts on traditional top 40 with a non-English song. It is usually a difficult challenge to break through, but the group has a unique sound and lyrics that the audience can embrace in the rapid change of the music industry landscape”.
Not only are they continuing to grow and create new music they are also showing up on the charts as well. Their song Nxde was listed as one of Rolling Stone’s 100 Best Songs of 2022, ranked #39 on Mediabase’s Top 40 Radio airplay charts and the song debuted at #40 on this week’s Billboard Pop Airplay Chart.
